A friend introduced me to a real estate “company” offering agricultural plots in Hyderabad outskirts at Rs 2 lakhs each with “guaranteed” 200% return in 2 years. 50 people from our area have invested. Safe?
No investment guarantees returns, especially 200%. These schemes collapse after collecting money from many investors. DO THIS: Don’t invest more, verify the company’s RERA registration at rera.gov.in, and consult a legal adviser before proceeding. CONTACT: Report to cybercrime.gov.in + RERA authority of your state + Economic Offences Wing (EOW).
