An agent visited claiming to be from “SBI Mutual Fund.” Showed ID card, took Rs 50,000 cash for “high-return fund” investment. No receipt given. SBI MF says no such agent exists!
FAKE MUTUAL FUND AGENT SCAM! Never invest cash in mutual funds. All legitimate MF investments are digital with proper account statements. DO THIS: File immediate complaint against the agent with the company, keep all communication records. CONTACT: Report to SEBI (scores.gov.in) + cybercrime.gov.in + file FIR at local police.
