Found a golden retriever puppy on a pet adoption website for Rs 25,000. Breeder asked for 50% advance. Paid Rs 12,500 via UPI. Kept delaying delivery, now phone switched off. Scammed?

FAKE PET ADOPTION SCAM! Scammers use adorable puppy photos stolen online to lure buyers. Never pay advance without physically seeing the pet. DO THIS: File bank dispute immediately, report the website. CONTACT: Report to cybercrime.gov.in + local police FIR + report the website to domain registrar.
