Got Instagram DM from a “brand” offering Rs 80,000/month as their ambassador. I need to pay Rs 5,000 as a “security deposit” for the starter kit. Brand logo looks real. Legit?

FAKE BRAND AMBASSADOR SCAM! Real brands NEVER ask ambassadors for money. This is a classic upfront-fee scam. DO THIS: Don’t pay, contact the brand directly through their official website to verify. CONTACT: Report to Instagram + cybercrime.gov.in.
