“Harvard scholarship”—asked for Rs 50,000 as “VISA processing fee”

Got email saying I’m selected for a Harvard scholarship through an “education consultancy.” They want Rs 50,000 upfront as “VISA processing fee” before releasing the scholarship letter. Is this real?
