Woke up to find my Instagram account locked. Someone changed the email and phone. Now they’re selling my 50K follower page for Rs 30,000 in a Telegram group. What can I do to recover?
INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT TAKEOVER! Likely happened via phishing link or leaked password. DO THIS: 1) Use Instagram’s “Get more help” option on the login page, 2) Submit ID proof for account recovery, 3) Report the Telegram seller. CONTACT: Instagram help center + cybercrime.gov.in + local cyber police station.
